Simulation team progress:
 -Added header adding and stripping into packet travel
- Created delay helper class to handle delay calculation logic
- Removed old Transmission delay function
- Started using new delay functions
- Added delay helper to wscript
- Added setup function to application
- Started documentation of the project
To do
- Implement scada
- Add master/slave base structure to client

RF team progress
- Started documentation of the project
- Continued investigating Siesta
- Continued work with delay function
